Most claim repairs run two to eight weeks. The variable is rarely bench time, it is parts and supplement approval. We bill major carriers directly and document damage so the file holds up when teardown reveals more than the first estimate captured.
You are responsible for your deductible and anything the policy excludes. Naming a carrier on this site is a statement about billing, not affiliation or endorsement.

Pricing and estimates
An RV systems estimate is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are credited against an authorized repair. Charging for diagnostic time is how we keep bench capacity for customers who are actually repairing a unit.
Posted labor is $210 per hour for body and paint, $260 for mechanical and electrical. The prices page carries the full catalog with hour ranges.

What we do and do not work on
We work on all years, all makes and all classes: Class A gas and diesel pushers, Class B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, campers, Sprinter and ProMaster vans, box trucks, semis, buses and municipal fleet units.
We do not perform engine, drivetrain or DOT inspection work, and we do not offer mobile or roadside service. Our scope is body, paint, structure and the systems built into the coach.

Modified and custom builds
Documenting aftermarket work correctly is a large part of what we do. Solar arrays, lithium banks, insulation, cabinetry and roof penetrations all affect repair scope and are routinely undervalued on a first estimate.
Bring receipts and build photos if you have them. They materially strengthen the claim file.
